Ambassadors
This ministry invites all who are sincere about serving compassionate and friendly. As an ambassador you have the privilege of ministering to others through service. Whether it’s a warm smile, kind words, or simply directing someone, Ambassadors help enhance the worship experience for every member and guest of New Life Covenant. Announcers
The Announcers Ministry is a great ministry to serve if one enjoys speaking in front of large crowds. This ministry is responsible for delivering the church’s announcements on a weekly basis and encourages all who are skilled orators to serve within this ministry. Benevolence
The Benevolence Ministry provides emergency financial assistance to members within a 12 month period. We also provide additional referrals to God’s people to empower individuals and strengthen families. For more information contact Eugenia Reese at benevelence@newlifeoakwood.org

Bereavement
NLC Bereavement Ministry is a team oriented ministry dedicated to serving members of New Life Covenant Church in their time of loss. For more information contact Barbara Taylor at bereavement@newlifeoakwood.org.

Bulletins
Creativity, time management, organization, and patience are helpful for this ministry. This ministry is responsible for the overall look of the NLC Bulletins. Bus Ministry
Bus ministry drivers and attendants aid members in their travel to, from and inside of the NLC campus. For more information contact Denise Hughes at info@newlifeoakwood.org.

Drama
If you love performance arts this is the ministry to serve in. They support the visual aspect of Pastor’s themed messages and assist in bringing them to life. For more information contact Saul Garza at saul@newlifeoakwood.org.

Finance Team
This ministry involves being mathematically skilled, discreet, confidential and trustworthy. They count, deposit and report congregational giving on a weekly basis. For more information contact Genny Moses at finance@newlifeoakwood.org.

F.I.R.M.
The mission of the Follow-up Information Resource Ministry (F.I.R.M.) is to provide written confirmation and to acknowledge new members who have dedicated or re-dedicated their life to Jesus Christ, and to respond to visitors requesting information about NLC. The F.I.R.M. also provides members, visitors, and friends with basic contact information regarding NLC events, special projects, and ministries. Fitness Ministry

Gatekeepers

Green Thumb Servants
The Green Thumb Servants help steward the church grounds through its upkeep and beautification. They design, plan and maintain the flower gardens, shrubbery and trees on the NLC campus. For more information contact Yvonne Benson at greenthumbs@newlifeoakwood.org.

Greeters
Nothing compares to a friendly face and a warm hug to make NLC members and visitors feel loved every time the church doors open. Greeters of NLC help maintain the atmosphere that best reflects our mission and vision statement. If one loves to serve and make other people smile this is the ministry to be part of. Identity
Identity Teen Ministry seeks to introduce youth to a unique relationship with Jesus Christ that will reshape who they are; through intense disciple making, extreme worship, uniting with other youth, reaching the lost and in depth study of the word of God. Iron Sharpens Iron

Intercessory Prayer
The mission of the NLC Intercessory Prayer Ministry is to build powerful prayer warriors for the Glory of God’s Kingdom. Our endeavor is to accomplish this through prayer classes, conferences, and seminars that will equip the saints for effectual, fervent prayer. JFH Ministries
John F. Hannah Ministries encompasses the media distribution arm of New Life Covenant Church and the evangelistic ministry of Pastor John F. Hannah. This dynamic team is responsible for delivering the audio and visual output of Pastor Hannah and New Life to those near and far. Explosive, life-changing messages are shared with members, visitors, and anyone around the globe who may see Pastor Hannah at another venue, or visit New Life via the Streaming Faith environment. Kidz-4-Jesus

Love Sister 2 Sister
Love Sister to Sister (LS2S) is the dynamic women’s ministry of NLC where we embrace, love and support all women at every stage of their spiritual growth; by encouraging encounters with God, providing opportunity for fellowship, and developing powerful women of character, in alignment with the vision of New Life Covenant Church. Marriage Ministry

Ministerial Development
The purpose and mission of the Ministerial Development Ministry of NLC is to prepare, equip, train, mentor and guide all those who have been called to service consistent with the mission and vision of NLC. 2 Timothy 2:15 is our scriptural mandate: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth” (RSV). New Members
The New Members Ministry is the entry point for anyone wishing to unite in fellowship, worship and service with the church. It is the responsibility of the ministry to welcome each new member into fellowship and by sharing the plan of salvation with those receiving Jesus as Lord for the firs time or re-dedicating themselves to the Lord. The ministry offers a 7-week class teaching the foundational doctrinal beliefs of NLC. Each class culminates with a graduation for completing members. NLC-TV

Outreach Ministry
The mission of the Outreach Ministry of New Life Covenant Church is to share the love of Jesus Christ outside of the “four walls” of the church thru hands-on, practical service for the up building of His kingdom, our community and beyond. We are a ministry that strives to be a beacon of light, by using the gifts that God has given us to serve him and the needs of others. Out Of Towners
Out Of Towners welcome you with open arms as we understand the hardships of relocating to a new city. Whether it be finding a prayer partner, hair salon or finding a place to grab a bite to eat. We are here to lend a helping hand. Out Of Towners are here to provide a support system for new members who relocate to a new city. Parking Enforcement
This ministry ensures that motorists arrive and depart safely, assisting people to and from their vehicles. Precious Little Lambs
Want your children to experience a caring and nurturing environment where they can experience God’s love? Then Precious Little Lambs (PLL) is the perfect ministry! Our goal is to provide an active, age-appropriate worship experiences that will promote development within the individual child (spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually) thus building a strong foundation for formal schooling. Rock-a-Bye Baby
Rock-A-Bye was specifically developed so that little ones could communicate with their own age group. Child-care is provided at two services: 10am and 12pm on Sundays. Staff members must have compassion for very small children. (Children ages 3 months to 2.5 years/or until potty-trained). Screenworks

Solejers 4 Christ

Sound Check

S.W.A.T.
The mission of the Street Witnessing Anointed Team (S.W.A.T.) Ministry is to take the ministry of Jesus Christ to the streets; ministering to the lost, destitute, forgotten and rejected. We offer encouragement. We love on the people and offer them hope, ultimately desiring to lead the lost to the Lord, and make disciples for God’s Kingdom. Discipleships Class
Discipleships Class seeks to empower God’s people with the way of righteous living with Biblical Principles. The purpose for this class is to provide an opportunity to hear God’s word, to understand God’s plan of salvation through Jesus Christ, to study God’s word, and learn how to apply His word to our daily lives. Students are expected to read all assigned materials, complete assignments, and have good class participation. Yielded Vessels
