The purpose and mission of the Ministerial Development Ministry of NLC is to prepare, equip, train, mentor and guide all those who have been called to service consistent with the mission and vision of NLC.
II Timothy 2:15 is our scriptural mandate: “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth” (RSV).
Note: Ministerial Development is a 2-3 year program that trains ministers. Prerequisites include: an application process, entrance exam and screening interview. For more information about applications and admission for the next session, please send a query to ministers@newlifeoakwood.org.
