NLC celebrates and embraces the ministry of dance, and the Yielded Vessel Dance Ministry personifies this expression of worship with exuberance and excellence. This ministry allows members to use the power of movement to evangelize the lost, as well as edify and encourage the people of God. Our ministry operates on the scripture “but it is not the spiritual that is first but the natural, and then the spiritual.” We firmly believe that the physical endurance and capacity needed for dance is a vehicle used to sharpen an individual’s personal walk and relationship with Christ. We incorporate different dance genres from ballet, modern, contemporary, to African.
