The Baptism Ministry handles all the logistics around NLC Baptism services. We handle registration, answer questions about baptismal attire and then facilitate distribution of certificates after each member has been baptized. This ministry requires spiritual sensitivity and good communication, as the decision to be baptized is not only a life-changing decision which should be celebrated, but also a decision that may evoke many different emotions, as many of our baptismal candidates are new converts.
